This is a very small class to ensure my full attention and plenty of space for you!
You will learn the techniques to make a your own roman blind. We will be making a small scale version of a fully operation roman blind to show you the process involved. You will learn :
- How to calculate materials needed
- Learn how to accurately calculate folds
- Measure and Cut fabric
- How to hang your blind
At the end you will have a basic understanding of how to make a roman blind and how to use the hardware so you can make your own blinds at home.
*Please note you will be making a sample blind not real sized blind.
Materials provided:
To make the most of this workshop, please bring along your own sewing machine and sewing essentials, including bobbins, presser feet, shears, needles, and any other tools you typically use & hand sewing needles.
Provided extras: tea, coffee, and biscuits so you can relax and enjoy your time with us.
