When: Saturday 20.7.2024 (2pm – 4.30pm)
Level: Beginners
It is necessary to have completed Complete Beginners workshop first (or have some previous sewing experience and be used to your sewing machine.) This is important as we get straight into nitty gritty of making the cushion. You will measure, cut and make.
You will learn how to insert zipper and add piping and go home with finished cushion. If you are fast, you might manage to make an extra cushion, maybe different style. Please bring extra materials for this.
To make the most of this workshop, please bring along 1m of appropriate fabric (medium weight), your own sewing machine and sewing essentials, including bobbins, presser feet, shears, needles, and any other tools you typically use. Please remember to bring zipper /piping foot as well as standard zipper foot.
Provided: Piping, zipper & 1 cushion insert (approx. 45x45cm) will be provided, and you can enjoy complimentary tea, coffee, and biscuits to keep your creative energy flowing.
