🎃 Kids’ Sewing Workshop – Make Your Own Trick-or-Treat Bag!
Get your child ready for a creative Halloween adventure! In this fun, beginner-friendly workshop designed just for children aged 8 and up, kids will learn how to safely use a sewing machine and create their very own bag—perfect for collecting sweets on Halloween night.
This workshop is specially tailored for kids (sorry, no adults this time!) and focuses on building confidence, creativity, and basic sewing skills without being overly technical. By the end, your child will be able to manage a sewing machine independently and start making small projects of their own.
What your child will gain:

What to bring: sewing machine and sewing essentials such as spare bobbin, basic presser foot etc.
Before You Join
If you don’t yet own a sewing machine, please take a look at my Sewing Machine Buying Guide before purchasing one. Choosing the right machine makes all the difference – an unsuitable one can be discouraging and slow down the sewing journey.
👉 Please note: toy or child sewing machines under £80 are not suitable for this workshop, and unfortunately, I cannot accept them.
🍪 What’s Included
All workshop materials are provided, so your child just needs to bring along a small refreshment or their favourite drink. I’ll have tea, water, and biscuits available to keep everyone comfortable and happy while they sew.
